THE ERRORS ASSIGNED TO THE ABOVE QUANTITIES ARE STATISTICAL ERRORSANLY. AN ADDITIONAL AVERALL SYSTEMATIC ERROF 5 % SHOULD ALSO BE ASSUMED.
