1) A MICROSCOPIC CALCULATION OF S-MATRIX ELEMENTS BASED ON AN APPRO- XIMATE NUCLEON-NUCLEON POTENTIAL BY HEISS AND HACKENBROICH: NUCL. PHYS. A182 (1972) 522.
2) A NUMBER OF PHASE-SHIFT SETS HAVE BEEN EXTRACTED, AT ENERGIES BELOW 11 MEV, INCLUDING MOST RECENTLY THOSE OF MORROW AND HAEBERLI(1969), MCSHERRY AND BAKER(1970), BLYTH ET AL.(1975), AND SZALOKY AND SEILER(1976). ALL OF THESE PHASE SHIFT SETS GIVE QUANTITATIVELY SATISFACTORY AGREEMENT WITH THE MEASUREMENTS.
3) DATA3 = POLARIZATION TRANSFER COEEFICIENT K(Y,Y')
