1) DATA= THE RATIO OF THE DIFFERATIAL CROSS SECTION AVERAVED OVERENERGY(AS DISCUSSED BLOW) TO RUTHERFORD SCATTERING. THE AVERAGED DATAWERE OBTAINED BY AVERAGING THE CROSS-SECTION AND POLARIZATION DATA OVER 800 KEV INTERVALS.
3) DATA =PHASE SIFT
4) DATA =INELATISITY(OR GAMMA): SCATTERIN AMPLITUDE =(GAMMA)*EXP(2*I*PHASE-SIFT).
5) DATA =ALPHA IN THE BRITE-WIGNER EXPRESSION
