          SUPPOSITION THAT SIMILAR HIGH MOMENTUM FEATURES OF THE
          STRUCTURE OF NUCLEI OUGHT TO BE EXTRACTABLE WITH BOTH VERY
          LOW AND VERY HIGH ENERGY PROBES, WE HAVE CHOSEN TO DIRECT OUR
          ATTENTION TO A STUDY OF THESE CROSS SECTIONS  AT THE HIGHEST
          AVAILABLE ENERGIES, 400GEV PROTONS AT FERMMI-LAB./;
