HOWEVER, THEIR CONTRIBUTION IS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN IN THE (N,N) REACTION AT THE SAME EXCITATION ENERGY. IT IS AN URGENT PROBLEM OF NUCLEAR PHYSICS TO LEARN THE REASONS FOR THIS DIFFERENCE.
