          POLARIZATION FOR THE ELASTIC SCATTERING. THIS CONFIRMS THE
          ASSIGNMENT OF SKWIERSKY, BAGLIN AND PARKER FOR THIS LEVEL,
          AND DISAGREES WITH MOST SHELL-MODEL CALCULATIONS WHICH PREDICT
          A LEVEL OF J-PI=1/2- NEAR THIS ENERGY./;
