A FRAGMENTED ANALOGUE STATE IN 45SC PROVIDES AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF ANALOGUE FINE STRUCTURE IN THREE CHANNELS, WITH THE ROBSON ASYMMETRY CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED FOR A NON-ELASTIC CHANNEL. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN AMPLITUDES (RATHER THAN WIDTHS) IN DIFFERENT CHANNELS IS PRESENTED. THESE NEW EXPERIMENTAL DATA MAY BE VIEWED AS AN 'OFF-DIAGONAL STRENGTH FUNCTION'.
