THE MOST OBVIOUS EXPLANATION OF THIS FACT IS THAT AT A=131 THE TRANSITION BETWEEN THESE PROCESSES OCCURS BETWEEN Z=55 AND 57, WITH COMPARABLE CONTRIBUTIONS OCURRING AT Z=56. THIS EXPLABATUIB ASSUMES THAT ONLY TWO MECHANISMES ARE OPERATIVE AND THIS IS FAR FROM CERTAIN.
