          OERS ET AL. HAVE PRESENTED A MULTI-ENERGY ANALYSIS FROM
          15-1000MEV, WHERE THEY FOUND A LINEAR ENERGY DEPENDENCE FOR
          THE REAL VOLUME INTEGRAL PER NUCLEON.  IT IS THE AIM OF THE
          PRESENT INVESTIGATION TO EXTEND THE ENERGY RANGE FAIRLY BELOW
          THE COULOMB BARRIER AND TO STUDY THE ENERGY DEPENDENCE OF THE
          REAL AND IMAGINARY VOLUME INTEGRALS./;
