          PHENOMENOLOGICAL SPECIFICATION OF OPTICAL POTENTIALS TO BE
          USED FOR GENERATING DISTORTED WAVES. THIRD,THE ENERGY REGION
          AROUND 200 MEV IS CONSIDERED THE THRESHOLD OF RELIABILITY FOR
