          PHENOMENOLOGICAL SPECIFICATION OF OPTICAL POTENTIALS TO BE
          USED FOR GENERATING DISTORTED WAVES. THIRD,THE ENERGY REGION
          AROUND 200 MEV IS CONSIDERED THE THRESHOLD OF RELIABILITY FOR
          MICROSCOPIC CALCULATIONS OF THE OPTICAL POTENTIALS STARTING
