 PURPOSE=/THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ANALYSIS ARE THREEFOLD:  (1) TO
          ASCERTAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PARAMETERS OBTAINED WITH
          A LANE-MODEL ANALYSIS, WHERE THE ISOBARIC ANALOG STATES ARE
          EXPLICITLY CONSIDERED, AND THE PARAMETERS OBTAINED IN AN
          ORDINARY OPTICAL-MODEL ANALYSIS.  (2)  TO ASCERTAIN THE
          EFFECTS OF THE INCLUSION OF THE (P,P) DATA ON THE PARAMETERS
          OBTAINED IN SUCH ANALYSES.  (3) TO  ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE
          DEPTHS FOR THE ABSORPTIVE PART OF THE OPTICAL-MODEL POTENTIAL
          FOR THESE TWO NUCLEI ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE RESULTS OF
