The 256Md was then purified by a 1345400100019 rigorous chemical-separation procedure designed to 1345400100020 provide the required decontamination (>10**10) from 1345400100021 target materials and fission products produced in the 1345400100022 cyclotron irradiation. After removal of small 1345400100023 aliquots for fission counting, the purified sources 1345400100024 of 256Md were allowed to stand overnight, decaying as 1345400100025 follows to the spontaneously fissioning 256Fm: 256Md 1345400100026 (92% EC) 256Fm (92% SF) fission products. Each source 1345400100027 yielded about 10**7 total spontaneous-fission events. 1345400100028 The specific fission products of interest were then 1345400100029 isolated, and thick samples (10 mg/cm2) were mounted 1345400100030 for beta counting. 1345400100031 HISTORY (19900119C) VM 1345400100032 (20050720C) DR format updated and reference corrected 1345400100033 (20170807A) BP: Updated entry, added doi, nubar data. 1345400100034 DECAY-DATA (100-FM-256,2.62HR) 1345400100035 ENDBIB 33 0 1345400100036 NOCOMMON 0 0 1345400100037 ENDSUBENT 36 0 1345400199999 SUBENT 13454002 20170807 14301345400200001 BIB 5 12 1345400200002 REACTION (100-FM-256(0,F)ELEM/MASS,CUM,FY) 1345400200003 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Evaluated on basis of: 1345400200004 - number of measurements 1345400200005 - statistical error in counting rate determination 1345400200006 - uncertainties in decay scheme 1345400200007 COMMENT Data updated by the original compiler as per Rochester 1345400200008 conf., Vol.2, 19 (1973). 1345400200009 STATUS (TABLE) Table I, page 1726 of J,PR/C,5,1725,1972 data 1345400200010 were updated using the Table II, page 29 data of 1345400200011 C,73ROCH,2,19,1973. 1345400200012 HISTORY (20170807A) BP: Updated error analysis and added 1345400200013 details on REL-REF and data updates. 1345400200014 ENDBIB 12 0 1345400200015 NOCOMMON 0 0 1345400200016 DATA 5 27 1345400200017 MASS ELEMENT ISOMER DATA DATA-ERR 1345400200018 NO-DIM NO-DIM NO-DIM PRT/FIS PRT/FIS 1345400200019 91. 38. 0.22 0.02 1345400200020 97. 40. 0.70 0.14 1345400200021 105. 44. 2.9 0.4 1345400200022 109. 46. 3.4 0.9 1345400200023 111. 47. 5.0 0.4 1345400200024 112. 46. 4.4 0.6 1345400200025 115. 48. 0. 5.2 0.5 1345400200026 118. 48. 5.3 0.9 1345400200027 121. 50. 0. 2.1 0.2 1345400200028 125. 50. 0. 0.56 0.2 1345400200029 127. 51. 0.41 0.07 1345400200030 129. 51. 0.82 0.14 1345400200031 131. 53. 2.4 0.5 1345400200032 132. 52. 3.6 0.5 1345400200033 133. 53. 3.6 0.7 1345400200034 135. 53. 5.0 0.9 1345400200035 136. 56. 5.8 0.8 1345400200036 140. 56. 5.6 0.5 1345400200037 141. 58. 6.6 1.3 1345400200038 143. 58. 5.7 0.5 1345400200039 145. 59. 4.8 0.9 1345400200040 149. 61. 2.5 0.4 1345400200041 151. 61. 2.0 0.3 1345400200042 153. 62. 1.3 0.3 1345400200043 156. 62. 0.65 0.2 1345400200044 157. 63. 0.49 0.07 1345400200045 159. 64. 0.47 0.07 1345400200046 ENDDATA 29 0 1345400200047 ENDSUBENT 46 0 1345400299999 SUBENT 13454003 20170815 14301345400300001 BIB 6 11 1345400300002 REACTION (100-FM-256(0,F),,NU) 1345400300003 REL-REF (M,13340001,K.F.Flynn+,J,JIN,38,661,1976) Detailed 1345400300004 description of the data analysis procedures. 1345400300005 ANALYSIS Derived from the mean masses (first moments) of the 1345400300006 light and heavy mass groups (AL and AH) as nubar = 1345400300007 AF-(AL+AH), where AF is the mass of the compound 1345400300008 nucleus for the particular fissioning system. 1345400300009 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) No details on sources of uncertainties. 1345400300010 STATUS (DEP,13454002) 1345400300011 (TABLE) page 1728. 1345400300012 HISTORY (20170815C) BP 1345400300013 ENDBIB 11 0 1345400300014 NOCOMMON 0 0 1345400300015 DATA 2 1 1345400300016 DATA DATA-ERR 1345400300017 PRT/FIS PRT/FIS 1345400300018 3.0 1.0 1345400300019 ENDDATA 3 0 1345400300020 ENDSUBENT 19 0 1345400399999 ENDENTRY 3 0 1345499999999
