A gas 1410600100016 cell filled to 7.8 atm with deuterium was bombarded 1410600100017 with an Ed =10.4MeV deuteron beam of average current 1410600100018 of 1.8 microA. 1410600100019 DETECTOR (SCIN) A total of 16 neutron detectors were placed 1410600100020 at 150 cm (ring type and transmission type) and 1410600100021 250 cm (Bicron type) from the CD, with ring-Bicron 1410600100022 detector pairs positioned at the nn FSI laboratory 1410600100023 angles of Theta(nn)=20.5 degree, 28.0 degree, 1410600100024 35.5 degree, and 43.0 degree on the right side of 1410600100025 the incident neutron beam, and transmission-Bicron 1410600100026 pairs at Theta(nn)=20.5 degree, 28.0 degree, and 1410600100027 35.5 degree and one additional ring-Bicron pair at 1410600100028 43.0 degree on the left side of the incident neutron 1410600100029 beam. 1410600100030 SAMPLE Deuteron from the NE-232 deuterated scintillator 1410600100031 center detector (CD) located 170 cm from the gas 1410600100032 cell. The CD's active volume measured 6.0x4.0 cm in 1410600100033 height and diameter and was contained in a glass 1410600100034 vessel of 0.22 cm wall thickness. 1410600100035 PART-DET (N) 1410600100036 HISTORY (20061031C) DR 1410600100037 (20181202U) OS.
