Diameter of Si target was 100 mm, 1415100100026 other targets were rectangular with dimensions 100 x 1415100100027 100 mm**2. 1415100100028 DETECTOR (HPGE) Co-axial high-purity germanium p-type 1415100100029 detector, GEM-2080, with a diameter of 59 mm and 1415100100030 length of 70 mm with relative efficiency of 38% was 1415100100031 used. The energy resolution for the gamma detector 1415100100032 was 1.8 keV at 1332 keV. 1415100100033 METHOD (TOF) The data were recorded event by event. Each 1415100100034 event consisted of two parameters, the gamma ray 1415100100035 pulse height and its time relative to the pick-off 1415100100036 signal 1415100100037 ANALYSIS (DIFFR) Two gamma ray spectra were created from raw 1415100100038 data.
