Third scintillation detector with 1430300100026 diameter of 5 cm and thickness of 5cm located at 0deg 1430300100027 was used for flux monitoring. 1430300100028 METHOD (TOF,PSD) Measured sample was located 12.9 cm 1430300100029 downstream of the neutron source in a He ballon 1430300100030 structure of radius 7.6 cm and height 22.9 cm. He gas 1430300100031 was used to prevent sample oxidation and to reduce 1430300100032 neutron scattering in the sample vicinity. 1430300100033 INC-SOURCE (D-D)Unpolarized deuteron beams of energies 14.4 and 1430300100034 9.39 MeV were extracted from the FN tandem Van de 1430300100035 Graaff accelerator. The beams were pulsed at 2 MHz 1430300100036 with a pulse width of 2.0 ns and had time-averaged 1430300100037 intensities of 1.5 nA. The beam traversed a 5.27mg/cm2 1430300100038 Havar foil to enter a 3.16-cm deuterium-filled gas cell1430300100039 that was held at pressure of 7.8 bar. 1430300100040 CORRECTION Data corrected for finite sample size and multiple 1430300100041 scattering.
