The target 1436200100015 was located approximately 18 m from the spallation 1436200100016 source. The target cell consisted of a horizontal 1436200100017 cylindrical disk of 1.3 cm in thickness and 12.7 cm 1436200100018 in diameter, with 51 mu-m Aramica entrance and exit 1436200100019 windows. Target was rotated at an angle of 50deg with 1436200100020 respect to the incident neutron beam to provide an 1436200100021 optimum path for the outgoing charged particles. 1436200100022 DETECTOR (TELES,SCIN,CSICR) Protons and deuterons were 1436200100023 detected by six telescopes, each consisting of a thin 1436200100024 dE plastic scintillator backed by a pure CsI 1436200100025 calorimeter. These detectors were positioned with 1436200100026 their front faces 100 cm from the center of the 1436200100027 target, at mean laboratory angles of theta(lab) = 24, 1436200100028 30, 36, 42, 48 and 54deg. The dE scintillators were 1436200100029 0.25 cm in thickness and dimensions 10 x 10 cm**2 1436200100030 provided accurate information on the particle time of 1436200100031 flight. The CsI calorimeters were 30 cm in depth and 1436200100032 provided a measure of both the particle energy and 1436200100033 its arrival time. 1436200100034 (SCIN) The scattered neutrons were detected with five 1436200100035 plastic scintillator bars, each 10 cm high, 10 cm 1436200100036 thick and 200 cm wide. The bars were stacked 1436200100037 vertically to form a wall 200 cm wide and 50 cm high. 1436200100038 Photomultiplier tubes were attached to the ends of 1436200100039 each bar to allow both the neutron hit position and 1436200100040 its time-of-flight to be determined. The center of 1436200100041 the neutron wall was positioned at a distance of 1.32 1436200100042 m from the target and spanned a laboratory angle 1436200100043 range from 34deg to 108deg. 1436200100044 METHOD (TOF) Energy of incident as well as scattered 1436200100045 neutrons were measured using time of flight method. 1436200100046 (EDE) Charged particles were identified using E-dE 1436200100047 method. 1436200100048 (COINC) Coincidence between scattered neutrons and 1436200100049 charged particles was required. 1436200100050 MONITOR (92-U-238(N,F),,SIG) 1436200100051 INC-SOURCE (SPALL)Neutrons were produced as spallation products 1436200100052 from an 800-MeV H- beam incident on a bare tungsten 1436200100053 target. H- pulses from the linear accelerator had a 1436200100054 width of approximately 0.2 ns, with an interpulse 1436200100055 separation of 1.8 mu-s. Neutrons ranging from very 1436200100056 low energies up to nearly 800 MeV. Experiment was 1436200100057 performed on a forward-angle, at 15deg with respect 1436200100058 to the primary H- beam. 1436200100059 ANALYSIS Experimental data are kinematically overestimated 1436200100060 and this fact was used in data analysis. 1436200100061 HISTORY (20130402C) compiled by S.H. 1436200100062 ENDBIB 60 0 1436200100063 NOCOMMON 0 0 1436200100064 ENDSUBENT 63 0 1436200199999 SUBENT 14362002 20130402 13901436200200001 BIB 4 5 1436200200002 REACTION (1-H-2(N,EL)1-H-2,,DA) 1436200200003 STATUS (TABLE) Data taken from tab. 2 of the reference 1436200200004 MISC-COL (MISC) Laboratory angle of scattered deuteron 1436200200005 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-S) Statistical uncertainty 1436200200006 (ERR-SYS) Systematic uncertainty 1436200200007 ENDBIB 5 0 1436200200008 COMMON 1 3 1436200200009 EN-RSL 1436200200010 MEV 1436200200011 5.0 1436200200012 ENDCOMMON 3 0 1436200200013 DATA 6 60 1436200200014 EN ANG-CM DATA-CM ERR-S ERR-SYS MISC 1436200200015 MEV ADEG MU-B/SR MU-B/SR MU-B/SR ADEG 1436200200016 135.0 131.0 206.0 6.0 45.0 24.0 1436200200017 135.0 119.0 230.0 6.0 44.0 30.0 1436200200018 135.0 107.0 218.0 5.0 34.0 36.0 1436200200019 135.0 95.0 255.0 7.0 40.0 42.0 1436200200020 135.0 83.0 337.0 14.0 53.0 48.0 1436200200021 150.0 131.0 187.0 6.0 45.0 24.0 1436200200022 150.0 119.0 156.0 5.0 29.0 30.0 1436200200023 150.0 107.0 164.0 5.0 27.0 36.0 1436200200024 150.0 95.0 213.0 6.0 34.0 42.0 1436200200025 150.0 83.0 270.0 9.0 42.0 48.0 1436200200026 160.0 131.0 143.0 5.0 33.0 24.0 1436200200027 160.0 119.0 161.0 5.0 31.0 30.0 1436200200028 160.0 107.0 142.0 5.0 22.0 36.0 1436200200029 160.0 95.0 209.0 7.0 33.0 42.0 1436200200030 160.0 83.0 301.0 9.0 48.0 48.0 1436200200031 170.0 131.0 134.0 6.0 32.0 24.0 1436200200032 170.0 119.0 113.0 5.0 21.0 30.0 1436200200033 170.0 107.0 117.0 5.0 18.0 36.0 1436200200034 170.0 95.0 164.0 6.0 26.0 42.0 1436200200035 170.0 83.0 187.0 8.0 30.0 48.0 1436200200036 180.0 131.0 149.0 7.0 34.0 24.0 1436200200037 180.0 119.0 120.0 6.0 22.0 30.0 1436200200038 180.0 107.0 102.0 5.0 16.0 36.0 1436200200039 180.0 95.0 155.0 6.0 25.0 42.0 1436200200040 180.0 83.0 229.0 9.0 36.0 48.0 1436200200041 190.0 131.0 109.0 6.0 26.0 24.0 1436200200042 190.0 119.0 85.0 5.0 16.0 30.0 1436200200043 190.0 107.0 87.0 4.0 14.0 36.0 1436200200044 190.0 95.0 128.0 6.0 20.0 42.0 1436200200045 190.0 83.0 170.0 12.0 26.0 48.0 1436200200046 200.0 131.0 82.0 6.0 23.0 24.0 1436200200047 200.0 119.0 72.0 5.0 14.0 30.0 1436200200048 200.0 107.0 83.0 5.0 13.0 36.0 1436200200049 200.0 95.0 117.0 6.0 18.0 42.0 1436200200050 200.0 83.0 149.0 11.0 23.0 48.0 1436200200051 210.0 131.0 69.0 6.0 18.0 24.0 1436200200052 210.0 119.0 69.0 5.0 13.0 30.0 1436200200053 210.0 107.0 65.0 4.0 10.0 36.0 1436200200054 210.0 95.0 96.0 6.0 15.0 42.0 1436200200055 210.0 83.0 110.0 11.0 17.0 48.0 1436200200056 220.0 131.0 60.0 6.0 16.0 24.0 1436200200057 220.0 119.0 78.0 5.0 15.0 30.0 1436200200058 220.0 107.0 86.0 4.0 13.0 36.0 1436200200059 220.0 95.0 116.0 6.0 18.0 42.0 1436200200060 220.0 83.0 211.0 9.0 33.0 48.0 1436200200061 230.0 131.0 64.0 6.0 16.0 24.0 1436200200062 230.0 119.0 51.0 6.0 10.0 30.0 1436200200063 230.0 107.0 69.0 6.0 11.0 36.0 1436200200064 230.0 95.0 77.0 7.0 12.0 42.0 1436200200065 230.0 83.0 93.0 11.0 14.0 48.0 1436200200066 240.0 131.0 40.0 6.0 12.0 24.0 1436200200067 240.0 119.0 42.0 5.0 8.0 30.0 1436200200068 240.0 107.0 52.0 4.0 8.0 36.0 1436200200069 240.0 94.0 90.0 5.0 14.0 42.0 1436200200070 240.0 82.0 127.0 8.0 20.0 48.0 1436200200071 250.0 131.0 55.0 6.0 12.0 24.0 1436200200072 250.0 119.0 44.0 5.0 8.0 30.0 1436200200073 250.0 106.0 53.0 4.0 8.0 36.0 1436200200074 250.0 94.0 71.0 5.0 11.0 42.0 1436200200075 250.0 82.0 104.0 10.0 16.0 48.0 1436200200076 ENDDATA 62 0 1436200200077 ENDSUBENT 76 0 1436200299999 ENDENTRY 2 0 1436299999999
