For verification of this procedure, ratios of 1443100100023 experimental data to Cf-standard were calculated. The 1443100100024 average value and its standard deviation delta(R) 1443100100025 for 2-8 MeV energy range for each "long run" are: 1443100100026 1.019+-0.02 (run3), 0.993+-0.016 (run 5), 0.974+-0.023 1443100100027 (run7). These parameters were used for an additional 1443100100028 normalization.
