The ionization 1446300100019 chamber was operated with P10 fill gas (90% argon and 1446300100020 10% methane) at 1.25 kPa. 1446300100021 METHOD (TOF) The timing structure of proton and neutron 1446300100022 pulses is a 625 mu-s long macropulse consisting of 1446300100023 micropulses with 1.8 mu-s separation and widths of 1446300100024 about 250 ps. The macropulse repetition rate was 40 Hz.1446300100025 The available neutron energy range is typically 1446300100026 hundreds of keV to hundreds of MeV. The flight-path 1446300100027 length was determined to be L = 9.596 +- 0.015 m. 1446300100028 INC-SOURCE (SPALL) A beam of 800-MeV protons from the LANSCE 1446300100029 accelerator impinges on a
