Fission fragments recoil through an 1448300100018 electrically biased gas cell and produce a timing 1448300100019 signal. Neutron energy was determined by time of 1448300100020 flight. 1448300100021 INC-SOURCE (CF252) Roughly 0.345 mu-g of Cf252 with 3.76 prompt 1448300100022 neutrons per fission. The fission fragments emit total 1448300100023 of approximately 795,000 neutrons per second. 1448300100024 CORRECTION Several corrections were made.
