The netrons 2270000100012 produced in the forward direction by this target system2270000100013 were measured with a 51-mm-dia.x51-mm-long NE213 2270000100014 scintillator placed at about 1.1m from the target. The 2270000100015 measured spect. of the peak energy region was replaced 2270000100016 by calculated spectrum of which peak area had been 2270000100017 adjusted same as measured one (J,NIM/A,271,546,1988) 2270000100018 METHOD (ACTIV) The activation samples except Si were 2270000100019 irradiated by turns for 1h at 20cm from the Be target. 2270000100020 The Si was irradiated for 20 min. These irradiations 2270000100021 were repeated for 9 proton energies. 2270000100022 DETECTOR (GE-IN) Ge detector for gamma-ray spectrometry 2270000100023 FACILITY (CYCLO,2JPNTOK) The SF Cyclotron of the Institute for 2270000100024 Nuclear Study was used for the neutron irradiation. 2270000100025 ANALYSIS The excitation functions of these rections were 2270000100026 obtained by using the least-aquares fitting (LSF) of 2270000100027 the cross-section values calculated with the 2270000100028 ALICE/LIVERMORE82 code, and also by using the SAND-II 2270000100029 and the NEUPAC unfolding
