The 2270300100012 netrons produced in the forward direction by this 2270300100013 target system were measured with a 51-mm-diam x 2270300100014 51-mm-long NE213 scintillator placed at about 1.1m from2270300100015 the target. The measured spect. of the peak energy 2270300100016 region was replaced by calculated spectrum of which 2270300100017 peak area had been adjusted same as measured one 2270300100018 (J,NIM/A,271,546,1988) 2270300100019 METHOD (ACTIV) The activation samples except Zn and Cu were 2270300100020 irradiated by turns for 1h at 20cm from the Be target. 2270300100021 Zinc and copper samples were irradiated for 5 min. 2270300100022 These irradiations were repeated for 9 proton energies.2270300100023 DETECTOR (GE-IN) Ge detector for gamma-ray spectrometry 2270300100024 FACILITY (CYCLO,2JPNTOK) The SF Cyclotron of the Institute for 2270300100025 Nuclear Study was used for the neutron irradiation. 2270300100026 ANALYSIS The excitation functions of these rections were 2270300100027 obtained by using the least-aquares fitting (LSF) of 2270300100028 the cross-section values calculated with the 2270300100029 ALICE/LIVERMORE82 code, and also by using the SAND-II
