The chamber was filled with a gas mixture of 3291200100029 90% Ar and 10% CF4 at 800 mbar. 3291200100030 METHOD (TOF) Flight distance of 55 m. The cumulative 3291200100031 irradiation time for the sample was 142 h and 50 h 3291200100032 for the measurement without the sample. 3291200100033 ERR-ANALYS1(DATA-ERR) uncertainty related to the
