Different sets of Al-wrapped 232Th samples 3305700100014 were made. 3305700100015 INC-SOURCE (P-LI7) The lithium foil used was made up of natural 3305700100016 lithium with thickness of 3.7 mg/cm2, sandwiched 3305700100017 between two tantalum foils. The front tantalum foil 3305700100018 is 3.9 mg/cm2 thick, in which the degradation of 3305700100019 proton energy is only 50 to 80 keV and the back 3305700100020 tantalum foil is 0.025 to 0.1 mm thick. Different 3305700100021 sets of Ta-Li-Ta stacks were made. 3305700100022 DETECTOR (HPGE) 80 cm3 HPGe detector coupled to a PC-based 4K 3305700100023 channel analyzer was used for the gamma-rays counting 3305700100024 of the fission products.
