A Resonance at About E=620 KeV Could A061300100016 Clearly be Ascribed to the Background Reaction A061300100017 11-B(A,N)14-N. The Excitation Function of A061300100018 13-C(A,N)16-O has Been Measured Over the Energy Range A061300100019 E-Lab= 350-1400 KeV, Where the Cross Section Varies A061300100020 Over Eight Orders of Magnitude. The S-Factor at this A061300100021 Reaction Indicates an Increase Toward Lower Energies, A061300100022 Possibly Due to a State in 17-O Below the (13-C+ ALPHA)A061300100023 Threshold Leading to a Higher Reaction Rate.
