With A147900200021 these assumptions, and with the total reaction A147900200022 cross section it is possible to normalize the A147900200023 data at both the peak and valley. The A147900200024 normalization then gives the ratio of direct A147900200025 to scattered neutrons detected at each A147900200026 bombarding energy.
