The resulting thicknesses of the two C105200100021 targets used in the experiments were 439+-9 and C105200100022 885+-53 microg/cm2. C105200100023 METHOD (EXTB,GSPEC) For gamma-ray measurements, the targets C105200100024 were mounted in a glass chamber and electrically C105200100025 connected to the Faraday cup and beam stop. Aluminum C105200100026 gamma-ray absorbers with a total thickness of 1.34 C105200100027 g/cm2 were placed between the target and the detector C105200100028 to prevent pulse summing and to reduce low-energy C105200100029 signals which degrade the resolution of the detector. C105200100030 The Ge(Li) detector was located at an angle of 125 C105200100031 degrees to the beam direction and at a distance of C105200100032 approximately 7 cm from the target.
