The fixed detector was C136500100019 located at a scattering angle of 150 degree, while C136500100020 the movable detector could be positioned at any C136500100021 angle with a precision of 0.01. C136500100022 SAMPLE A thin amorphous layer of SiO2 on a <111> oriented Si C136500100023 wafer was used.
