First counter with scintillators NE102 and C183300100013 partially NE228 served as proton recoil detector and C183300100014 time of flight start counter. The second detector C183300100015 with thick NE102 plastic scintillator served as time C183300100016 of flight stop detector. Sum of recoiled proton energy C183300100017 and energy of scattered neutron measured by time of C183300100018 flight determine the energy of primary neutron. Two C183300100019 additional scintillation detectors were used as chargedC183300100020 particle veto detectors for background reduction.
