C183400100022 CORRECTION The detected proton energy spectrum was corrected for C183400100023 carbon contribution, energy loss in the target and dE C183400100024 detector and kinematic shift C183400100025 MONITOR (1-H-1(N,EL)1-H-1,,DA) C183400100026 MONIT-REF (,J.C.Hopkins+,J,AND,9,137,1971) C183400100027 (,J.Binstock,J,PR/C,10,19,1974) C183400100028 ANALYSIS Corrected proton spectrum was divided by the n+p C183400100029 differential cross section at each energy to obtain C183400100030 the beam neutron spectrum. n+p cross sections were C183400100031 obtained from the parameterization of Hopkins and C183400100032 Breit for the energy range 0-25 MeV, and from C183400100033 Binstock for energies above 25 MeV.
