C208100100011 DETECTOR (TELES,SISD) C208100100012 PART-DET (HE3) C208100100013 METHOD (EDE) Reaction products were detected in a detector C208100100014 telescope comprised of a transmission-mounted dE C208100100015 detector of about 300 microm thickness and a second C208100100016 semiconductor detector of sufficient depth to stop C208100100017 the 3He particles. Detector pulses were stored in a C208100100018 two-dimensional dE versus E+dE array in a C208100100019 20000-channel analyser to facilitate identification C208100100020 of the reaction products. Absolute cross sections C208100100021 were determined through measurements of (d,d) and C208100100022 (d,3He) yields with the identical experimental C208100100023 geometry.
