No C217300100023 structure was observed in any of these excitation C217300100024 curves. C217300100025 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) The error in the subtraction was estimated to C217300100026 be within 1-5%. The absolute error assigned to the C217300100027 measured cross sections depended primarily on the C217300100028 measured target thicknesses, the detector solid angle C217300100029 measurement and the beam integration measurements, C217300100030 and was estimated to be less than 10%. From the C217300100031 excitation curves the relative cross sections at the C217300100032 different energies are estimated to be accurate to 5%. C217300100033 Statistical errors in the numbers of counts in the C217300100034 inelastic peaks were less than 3%, except for the C217300100035 most forward angles at the lower energies.
