Aluminum plates C220000100018 were used to degrade the energy of the incident beam C220000100019 to allow well-spaced measurements down to C220000100020 approximately one half the beam's incident energy C220000100021 Thin aluminum foils were used for monitor purposes. C220000100022 DETECTOR (HPGE) p-type aluminum windowed ORTEC GEM detector C220000100023 with a relative efficiency of about 10% and C220000100024 resolution of 1.99 keV at 1333 keV.
