C232700100011 SAMPLE A stacked target design was used. A series of natural C232700100012 foils of nominal thickness 25 mu-m Al foils, C232700100013 25 mu-m Nb foils and 50 mu-m Cu foils were used. Six C232700100014 foils of each metal with dimensions 25mm x 25mm C232700100015 were used. The foils were tightly sealed into packets C232700100016 using two pieces of 3M 5413-Series Kapton polyimide C232700100017 film tape each piece of tape consists of 43.2 mu-m of C232700100018 silicone adhesive (nominal 4.79 mg/cm2) on 25.4 mu-m C232700100019 of a polyimide backing.
