The in-plane angular acceptance of this D040700100021 detector was 6 degr. D040700100022 (TELES,SOLST) In addition, mass identification was D040700100023 achieved using a time-of-flight telescope fixed at D040700100024 15 degr. on the opposite side relative to the beam D040700100025 direction and composed of a micro channel-plate time D040700100026 detector (MCP), used in conjunction with another D040700100027 ionizationchamber, 1.8 m up-stream from the D040700100028 MCP detector. D040700100029 ANALYSIS Absolute cross sections, as well as the amount of D040700100030 carbon and oxygen contamination present in the target, D040700100031 were determined by comparing the elastic scattering D040700100032 cross-sections to optical-model predictions.
