D411300100011 7.5 micron Nb target foils D411300100012 12.5 micron Ti and 8 micron Cu monitor foils. D411300100013 METHOD (ACTIV,EXTB,STTA,GSPEC) Stacked target technique was D411300100014 used. Stacks contained Nb, Ti and Cu foils were D411300100015 irradiated at 20, 28 and 43 MeV for 0.5h with 200 nA. D411300100016 Beam current was measured in Faraday-Cup and also D411300100017 monitored with natCu(a,x)66,67Ga and natTi(a,x)51Cr D411300100018 reactions. The whole excitation function was used for D411300100019 monitoring from bombarding energy to threshold. D411300100020 Decay data were taken from R.B.Firestone, V.S.Shirley D411300100021 [Ed], Table of Isotopes, Wiley Interscience, New York, D411300100022 1996. D411300100023 Elemental Cross Section was Deterined. D411300100024 DETECTOR (HPGE) High Purity Ge Gamma Detector D411300100025 MONITOR (29-CU-0(A,X)31-GA-66,,SIG) D411300100026 (29-CU-0(A,X)31-GA-67,,SIG) D411300100027 (22-TI-0(A,X)24-CR-51,,SIG)Several monitor foils D411300100028 and target foils were placed in the same stack. This D411300100029 way the whole excitation function of the monitor D411300100030 reaction was remeasured and compared with the D411300100031 recommended values. It made possible simultaneous D411300100032 determination of the bombarding energy and beam D411300100033 intensity. Also in to check the energy degradation D411300100034 along the stack. D411300500007 The energy attenuation was calculated by D411300500008 using the polynomial approximation of Andersen and D411300500009 Ziegler along the stacks. Energy staggling was D411300500010 calculated by Monte Carlo method. D411300500011 (ERR-T)The Average total error of the data was about D411300500012 12 to 20%.
