D420700100030 The SRIM 2006 code was used for estimation of the D420700100031 energy degradation in each foil of the stacks. Due to the variations D420700100040 in foil thickness and energy spread, the uncertainty D420700100041 in the median energy estimation is increasing along D420700100042 the stack, reaching at a maximum of 2.2 MeV in the D420700100043 last foil of the longest stack.
