The beam intensity obtained via D425400100019 charge collection was corrected with the data from the D425400100020 monitor reaction. D425400100021 The energy degradation was initially determined by D425400100022 calculation using the formulas and tables of Andersen D425400100023 and Ziegler and corrected on the basis of the measured D425400100024 monitor reaction excitation function. The best D425400100025 agreement was found after small corrections on the beamD425400100026 intensity (+5% with respect to the Faraday cup results)D425400100027 and on the primary beam energy (+0.4 MeV).
