The D426800100019 drawback of using Al in this experiment is that the D426800100020 three nuclides of interest (7Be, 22Na and 24Na) are D426800100021 formed in both Al and Si and that mutual recoil D426800100022 exists between all the foils present. Careful D426800100023 correction for recoiled nuclei was taken. The D426800100024 irradiation took place under vacuum, the beam current D426800100025 was kept constant at about 100 nA during 5100 s. The D426800100026 decay data taken from the on-line database NuDat 2. The overall estimation D426800100035 is an uncertainty of 0.2 MeV for the first foils D426800100036 increasing to +-2 MeV in the last foil where D426800100037 significant cross section values could be calculated.
