Stacks were irradiated at cyclotron of D428500100019 the Universite Catholique in Louvain la Neuve (LLN) D428500100020 with nominal incident energy of deuterons 50 MeV and D428500100021 the accelerator of Tohuku University, Sendai, nominal D428500100022 incident energy 40 MeV. For irradiation at 50 MeV a D428500100023 stack consisting of 22 Ho foils (29.2 micro-m) D428500100024 together with Sm (25-23 micro-m) was D428500100025 prepared, interleaved with Al (98 micro-m) D428500100026 monitor/degrader foils. The beam current was kept D428500100027 constant at 120 nA (+-5%) during the 3960 s. In the D428500100028 experiment at 40MeV a stack containing 10 Ho foils D428500100029 and eight other elements used for separate D428500100030 evaluations (Rh, Au, Yb, MnCuNi alloy, MoRe alloy), D428500100031 together with Al energy degrader and monitor foils D428500100032 were irradiated for 1800 s with a deuteron beam of 64 D428500100033 nA in a Faraday-like target holder under He gas D428500100034 atmosphere for cooling. In the experiments on La the D428500100035 stack was composed of 23 La foils (97 micro-m) D428500100036 together with Tl/Cu (electroplated) targets, evenly D428500100037 distributed Al monitor-degrader foils (266 micro-m) D428500100038 were inserted and the irradiation with 50 MeV D428500100039 incident deuteron beam lasted for 2310 s at a nominal D428500100040 115 nA current. The average thickness of the foils D428500100041 was determined by weighing large, geometrically well D428500100042 defined samples and using accepted mass density for D428500100043 the pure material. The obtained uncertainty of 2% on D428500100044 the average thickness has to be increased to 5% for D428500100045 uncertainty on individual foils allowing for local D428500100046 variations over the larger samples. Three series of D428500100047 spectra were recorded for the irradiated samples.
