Irradiations of Mn D428600100017 targets was performed through stacked foil D428600100018 irradiation followed by high resolution gamma D428600100019 spectrometry. Stacks were irradiated at cyclotron of D428600100020 the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, VUB with proton beam D428600100021 of incident energy of 37 MeV, 61 nA, 71 min and the D428600100022 accelerator of Tohuku University, Sendai, nominal D428600100023 incident energy 70 MeV, 26 nA, 20 min and 100 nA, 60 D428600100024 min. The stacks were interleaved with Al and Ti D428600100025 monitor/degrader foils. The beam current was kept D428600100026 constant. Activated foils were measured 3 times to D428600100027 follow the decay of the reaction products. Decay data D428600100028 were taken from NUDAT.
