Gamma-rays, protons and backscattered D430000100024 deuterons were detected simultaneously. Cross section D430000100025 measurements were carried out in 2-20 keV steps from 2 D430000100026 to 0.74 MeV, and at certain points the measurement was D430000100027 repeated in two additional runs. Typical beam D430000100028 intensity was 25 nA. D430000100029 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) The total errors obtained from the quadratic D430000100030 sum of the partial uncertainties. D430000100031 (ERR-1) Stochastic plus systematic error of beam D430000100032 intensity: 3% Stochastic uncertainty of the beam D430000100033 integration was less than 1%. D430000100034 (ERR-2) Number of target atoms: 3% D430000100035 (ERR-3) Detector efficiency: 2% D430000100036 (ERR-4) Uncertainty on solid-angle of detectors 2.5%.
