In exp1 10 Be (130 um), Al degraders D430300100021 and monitor (102 um) and other target foils were D430300100022 irradiated with 25 MeV proton beam (120 nA for 50 D430300100023 min). In exp2 Al monitor (49.6 um) Al degrader (98 D430300100024 um), Ti monitor (10.9 mm), Be ( 285 mm), and other D430300100025 target foils repeated 25 times were bombarded for 3600 D430300100026 s with a 65 MeV proton beam of 25 nA. In exp3 15 times D430300100027 repeated sequence of Ti (10.9 um), Be (116.123.135 um),D430300100028 Ti (10.9 um), Al (98 um), Ti(10.9 um) was irradiated D430300100029 for 3600 s with 36 MeV proton, beam current of 170 nA. Uncertainty of the primary incident beam was D430300100047 +- 0.2MeV which increased up to +-1.7 MeV in the last D430300100048 foil of the stack for the deuteron irradiation D430300100049 and +-06, 1.1 and 1.5 MeV for the proton irradiations D430300100050 respectively. D430300100051 (ERR-T)The uncertainty on the cross section values D430300100052 are estimated in the standard way as the square root D430300100053 of the quadratic summation of the independently D430300100054 contributing parameters. Uncertainty of time parametersD430300100055 is not included. Overall uncertainty was 11-16%.
