Irradiation was done in a Faraday-cup D431400100026 type target holder with deuteron beam of 50nA for 1 D431400100027 hour. Beam intensity was monitored by using monitor D431400100028 reactions. Activity was measured with no chemical D431400100029 separation. Several series of spectra were recorded to D431400100030 be able to follow the decay. Decay data were taken D431400100031 from NUDAT online data library. Uncertainty of the primary incident beam was D431400100040 +- 0.2MeV which increased up to +-1.8MeV in the last D431400100041 foil of the stack. D431400100042 (ERR-T)The uncertainty on the cross section values D431400100043 are estimated in the standard way as the square root D431400100044 of the quadratic summation of the independently D431400100045 contributing parameters. Uncertainty of time parametersD431400100046 is not included. Overall uncertainty were 10-13%.
