The D432100100021 targets were Ga-Ni alloy (70/30%) deposited with the D432100100022 electroplating technique on Au (thickness 25 um, for D432100100023 deuteron experiment) on Cu (12.5 um, proton D432100100024 experiment) foils as backing. The nominal thickness of D432100100025 the Ga-Ni layer was 17.3 um (deuteron experiment, 6 D432100100026 mg/cm2 Ga) or 13.2 um (proton experiment). D432100100027 For 50 MeV deuteron the stack D432100100028 composed from 22 Ga-Ni targets on Au backing and Al D432100100029 and Ni monitor/degrader foils.
