The thickness of the Os-targets was derived D432400100025 from separate individual weighing and individual D432400100026 determination of the deposit area, supposing a D432400100027 constant Ni backing thickness. The Os thickness varied D432400100028 between 0.54 and 2.54 micro-m (1.2-5.9 mg/cm2). D432400100029 Stacked target technique was used.
