Uncertainty of the primary incident beam was D435200100039 +- 0.2MeV which increased up to +-1.2MeV in the last D435200100040 foil of the stack in RIKEN. Uncertainty of the primary D435200100041 incident beam in Debrecen was +-0.3 MeV which increasedD435200100042 up to +-0.5 MeV in the short stack. D435200100043 (ERR-T)The uncertainty on the cross section values D435200100044 are estimated in the standard way as the square root D435200100045 of the quadratic summation of the independently D435200100046 contributing parameters. Uncertainty of time parametersD435200100047 is not included.
