Uncertainty of the primary incident beam was D436400100030 +- 0.2MeV which increased up to +-1.0MeV in the last D436400100031 target foil of the stack. D436400100032 (ERR-T)The uncertainty on the cross section values D436400100033 are estimated in the standard way as the square root D436400100034 of the quadratic summation of the independently D436400100035 contributing parameters. Uncertainty of time parametersD436400100036 is not included. Overall uncertainty were about 10%.
