A monitor D603100100016 detector 300-mu-m Si surface barrier was placed in D603100100017 the other arm of the scattering chamber for D603100100018 normalization purpose. The telescopes were calibrated D603100100019 using an elastically scattered 16O ion from Au target D603100100020 and an alpha particle from Th-alpha source.
