E181800200012 CORRECTION The main source of background in the momentum E181800200013 distribution of 17Ne to 15O was primarily due to 17Ne E181800200014 reacting in the scintillator. This small background E181800200015 was subtracted using the procedure described in [R. E181800200016 Kanungo, et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 88(2002)142502] and E181800200017 also reconfirmed from subtraction with target out E181800200018 data.
